PLEASE!? Help me decide on new laptop? Inspiron 13 or Inspiron 15?

Hi. I’ve been saving for a new laptop and now that I am there and have researched all the laptops at dell.com I’ve decided that my new laptop will be one of the following:
Dell Inspiron 13 Laptop

Or
Dell Insipiron 15 Laptop

I read all the reviews for both and all the info there is to offer.
I will be customizing it will everything that is already included except for the webcam. I will be updating it with the built-in webcam.
With those settings, both come to $424 dollars.

I just can’t decide on what I want.
I like the 13 because of it’s smaller size and slot-load dvd drive, but I like the 15 for its all-black sleek style and 3 usb ports.

As a 7th grade over-achiever who spends a lot of time researching online and working on projects, what computer would you decide on?
They’re both so awesome…

(PLEASE don’t point me toward any other computers unless it is the same(ish) price and you genuinely think I’ll enjoy it.
